I bought a necklace to give as a present to a family member, but it snapped within a month. I reached out to customer service through email, and Timi was super helpful, giving me quick assistance. She set up an exchange since the item was still covered by warranty.
Even though I was pretty bummed that the necklace broke so soon, the customer service was top-notch.

On top of that, for the latest repair, they offered a clever fix to ensure the issue wouldn’t come back. They even took care of shipping both ways. The customer service rep I interacted with was consistently patient, friendly, and effective. It’s refreshing to see such great customer care.

"A special occasion turned sour"
I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m really let down by what should’ve been a memorable experience with Dinny Hall. I was looking forward to picking up my rings for a big 50th birthday gift, which wasn’t cheap. When we got to the store today, the salesperson didn’t even crack a smile or give a friendly greeting, and right then, my special day felt pretty ordinary. This wasn’t just a one-time thing; I had a similar vibe when I bought the jewelry and again when I picked it up. My husband thought about canceling the order after our first visit, but I really liked the jewelry, so I brushed off the salesperson’s lack of enthusiasm, thinking maybe they were just having a rough day. Turns out, that wasn’t the case. I adore my jewelry piece, but the whole process of selecting and collecting it was a letdown. To top it off, I didn’t even get a box for my jewelry. I wore it out of the shop, but now I’ve got no little box to keep it in when I take it off. Just disappointing, honestly. I won’t be shopping at Dinny Hall again.

I was on the hunt for a gift and had no clue what to choose, but the assistance in the chat feature was just perfect. It was a real human, not one of those annoying ‘bot’ chats you often find with other retailers. The representative truly went the extra mile to assist me - even sending a photo of how the necklace I was eyeing looked on someone within just 5 minutes.
I received tons of fantastic ideas, found the ideal present, and shipping was free via Royal Mail. They kept me in the loop with regular updates about when my package would arrive - they opted for a reliable courier in Royal Mail instead of Hermes/Evri, which many companies go for, but that one has terrible service and is always late.
Quick delivery.
Absolutely flawless service. I’ll surely be back for more shopping. Big thanks to the Dinny Hall team!

The designs are sleek and stylish, truly one of a kind. I wouldn't say the materials are super sturdy, but I can't claim the contrary either. What has truly wowed me is the assistance from customer service. When I misplaced one of my earrings during a night out, I reached out to DinnyHall, and they quickly offered to send me a replacement at no cost. Just fantastic, I’ll keep backing them for sure.

"Now dealing with my third replacement set."
I bought a couple of necklaces from Dinny Hall. The initial set came in a tarnished state and needed to be sent back. After waiting a week for the replacements (which I kept in the bag when not wearing), one of them broke and had to go back too. So here I am with my third set. Honestly, the quality is just awful, especially considering the price.
